Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AEOTrace. By running an audit or buying a report, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

AEOTrace runs realistic buyer queries through AI answer engines and reports how those engines recommend products in your category. The free audit gives you a summary. The paid report gives you the full answer map and a fix plan with pages to publish.

Our reports are guidance, not a guarantee. AI answer engines change often and we do not control their output. We cannot promise a specific ranking, mention, or business result.

You are responsible for the domain, category, and competitor names you enter. Only submit information you have the right to use. Do not use AEOTrace to harass a competitor or to break any law.

The paid report is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged through Stripe. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

If your paid report fails to generate or has a clear defect, email us at hi@aeotrace.com within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you. Because each report is generated on demand for your specific inputs, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a valid report has been delivered.

• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not resell or republish reports as your own product.
• Do not use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.

AEOTrace, including its name, design, and software, belongs to us. Your report is yours to use for your own business. You may share it internally and act on its recommendations.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AEOTrace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

We may update these terms as the product grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
